عاجل وهام جدا لمن أراد أن يشتكي في السعودية‏

 

جربت واشتكيت شركة (كلم) عشان جهاز جوال كان خربان بمجرد الاتصال على الرقم التالي بعد ما اشتكيت الشركة اتصلوا فيني واترجوني اني الغي الشكوى واعطوني جوال جديد بدل الي عندي

لانه في حال عدم رد الشركة على الشكوى تقوم وزارة التجارة بإيقاف الحاسب الالي للشركة يعني ما في اية معاملة في دائرة حكومية تتم للشركة مثل مكتب العمل , الجوازات , تصديق الغرفة التجارية .....الخ

للإبلاغ عن مخالفة تجارية

بالمملكة العربية السعودية

والمخالفات تعنى زيادة الأسعار / انتهاء تاريخ الصلاحيه/ عدم اصلاح اية جهاز عليه ضمان مثلا جوال, سيارة او غيره

الأمتناع عن البيع / قذارة المحلات

عدم نظافة الأطعمه / و اى شئ مشابه
